Our management has been in the building materials industry for a total of over 30 years. We are a fully integrated manufacturing facility that handles all needs, from CAD design to delivery. We are located in the Phoenix, Arizona area where shipping is both plentiful and economical. But don’t let our name fool you, because Mesa Precast will ship our products not only in the southwest part of the United States, but anywhere nationwide. Our products are generally made to customers' needs from a large assortment of molds.
Mesa Precast has the capability to produce projects of substantial size in its facility that was specifically built for precast production. Whether you need GFRC, traditional concrete precasts, or both (which many times is the case) for your architectural products and projects, we can work with you. A brief list of products we can manufacture and design for you with either GFRC or traditional concrete are as follows: columns, domes, archways, statues, sculptures, signs, window and fireplace surrounds, table and counter tops, balusters, and a vast array of other decorative architectural products and designs. Large or small, you can rely on Mesa Precast to get the job done right. Mesa Precast has an excellent reputation for on-time delivery.
We work directly with commercial and residential precast projects, as well as working with general contractors, masons, trades people, and individuals in the construction field who need our services and products for projects they are involved in.
Mesa Precast delivers the finished product on our own trucks in central Arizona or, if you are outside of our delivery area, through a network of experienced transporters to ensure proper handling directly to your job site anywhere in the United States.
To achieve the "just right" look for your individual project, we have a dedicated team of construction and manufacturing professionals who, after understanding your project, will encompass GFRC, architectural precast, or a combination of the two in their precast plans. We have executives with extensive knowledge of the industry, manufacturing and product supervision, architects, CAD draftsmen, and engineers, all working diligently together during the design and manufacturing process.
With the use of GFRC, Mesa Precast will assist and develop LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) certified structures. Our GFRC is produced with gray cement contains up to 30% fly ash. Earn points toward LEED credit 4.1/4.2 recycled content by specifying gray cement based GFRC products.
LEED is an internationally recognized green building certification system, providing third-party verification that a building or community was designed and built using strategies aimed at improving performance across all the metrics that matter most: energy savings, water efficiency, CO2 emissions reduction, improved indoor environmental quality, and stewardship of resources and sensitivity to their impacts.
